Terms of Service

The Site

The Site is a marketing and portfolio presence for Blank, a creative agency and production company providing creative direction, video production, photography, social media management, brand identity, content strategy, website design, and campaign production to hospitality and lifestyle brands. Content on the Site — including project descriptions, pricing ranges, and availability — is informational and does not itself constitute an offer capable of acceptance.

Engaging Blank for a project is governed by a separate, signed agreement or proposal between you and Blank, which controls over these Terms for the scope, deliverables, fees, and timeline of that engagement.

Inquiries & Forms

When you submit an inquiry or audit request through the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to submit it on behalf of the business named. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side until a separate agreement is signed.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Site's operation or security.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form.
• Copy, reproduce, or repurpose Site content — including copy, photography, video, and design — without written permission.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — design, copy, photography, video, and the Blank name and marks — are owned by Blank or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property law. Client brand names, logos, and media shown in our portfolio remain the property of the respective client and are displayed with permission.

Third-Party Links & Services

The Site links to and integrates with third-party services (including Meta's advertising tools, described in our Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites or services.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blank will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability arising from your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Blank harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
