Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you submit an inquiry or audit request, we collect what you enter: name, email, phone number, business name, and details about your project (social handles, business type, budget range, city, and a description of your goals).

Information collected automatically.When you browse the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect technical information, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the campaign parameters (UTM tags and Facebook's fbclid) present in the URL you arrived from.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The Site uses the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure the performance of our advertising and understand which visits lead to inquiries. The Meta Pixel sets first-party cookies (_fbp, _fbc) in your browser and, when you submit a form, we also send a matching server-side event directly to Meta so a single conversion is counted once, from both the browser and our server.

We also use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, privacy-focused, cookie-free tools that report aggregate traffic and performance metrics without tracking individuals across sites.

We do not use a cookie-consent banner because, at our current scale, none of the U.S. state privacy laws that require one apply to us. If that changes, or if you would simply prefer we not do this, see Your Privacy Choices below.

How We Use Information

• To measure and improve the performance of our advertising.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
• To meet legal, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information for money. We share information with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate the Site and our business:

• Meta Platforms, Inc.— advertising measurement and retargeting, via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API described above. Under some U.S. state laws, sending information to an advertising partner like this is treated as a "sale" or "share" even without payment; see Your Privacy Choices below.
• Neon (hosting our database) and Vercel (hosting the Site and our database connection) — infrastructure providers that store and process data on our behalf.
• Resend — delivers transactional email notifications when a form is submitted.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Blank, our clients, or the public.

Data Retention

We retain inquiry and lead information for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate and follow up on the inquiry, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Your Privacy Choices

You can limit ad measurement and targeting independent of anything we control:

• Adjust ad preferences directly in your Facebook or Instagram account settings, or opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
• Request that we not share your information with Meta for advertising purposes, or ask what information we hold about you, by emailing hello@blankdm.com with the subject line "Privacy Choices Request." We will respond within a reasonable time.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@blankdm.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children's Privacy

The Site is directed at businesses and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit and hashing of sensitive fields before they are shared with advertising partners. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party sites we do not control, including social platforms and client sites. This Policy does not apply to those sites.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
